The techniques used in this design include; felt padding, soft cotton padding, string padding, couching, chip work and stem stitch.The finished stitched size is 7.5cm x 13cm (3in x 5in).

In addition you will need a reel of Gutermanns (or equivalent) thread no.488 and some bees wax. A whole reel of thread and a whole bar of wax will last a long time which is why these items are not included in each kit. You can buy an Accessory Pack from me for £4 which includes a reel of Gutermanns thread and a bar of bees wax.
You will also need scissors and a frame.
